2. Proficiently master the knowledge, skills, and techniques related to single-day (non-camping) mountain hiking activities, and apply them effectively to ensure the safety of the expedition team.
3. Possesses the organizational and management capabilities for single-day (non-camping) mountain hiking events, and is able to develop and implement event plans.
4. Possesses a strong environmental awareness and applies it during outdoor activities.
5. Possesses strong mentoring skills, effectively communicating sound outdoor principles to participants and imparting fundamental outdoor knowledge, skills, and techniques.
